Can Positivity Overcome Adversity ?

A lot has been said about positive thinking but when everything happens all at once, when you can barely keep your head above water-does it help you to cope even at such moments? Is it in-built or can it be learned?
We all have our answers to these questions but we don't have to be dogmatic about our views-maybe they ask for some changes?

Tell you what ---you do know that I am a B positive gal so my reaction in these kind of situations would be ----jab okhli me sir daal hi diya toh moosal se kya darna ---jo hoga dekha jayega and go ahead and meet the train ( ref comment by Bikram) may be it will stop by some stroke of providence .

    thanks,
    love,

  7. You know, Indu. I have this method, which any sane person will say is crazy. I imagine ;the worst possible outcome and then take stock of things. And when I do that, things look so much better. And THAT gives me the energy and strength to fight it out and come out of the situation. Do you also think I am crazy? :P

  8. Optimism and faith are the two main weapons to beat adversity. My mantra is this too shall pass. And I love what Zephyr said.
