A lot has been said about positive thinking but when everything happens all at once, when you can barely keep your head above water-does it help you to cope even at such moments? Is it in-built or can it be learned?
We all have our answers to these questions but we don't have to be dogmatic about our views-maybe they ask for some changes?

Positive thinking.I am a graet advocate of positive thinking. In the hardest of times,if one takes a positive approach, life would be so much happier and easy
ReplyDeleteChowla ji i am so glad you agree with me.It certainly makes a difference.
DeletePositive thinking is the difference between worrying about a problem and trying to solve it.
ReplyDeleteWell said-in a nutshell.
DeleteYou know, Indu. I have this method, which any sane person will say is crazy. I imagine ;the worst possible outcome and then take stock of things. And when I do that, things look so much better. And THAT gives me the energy and strength to fight it out and come out of the situation. Do you also think I am crazy? :P
ReplyDeleteI must say this is a very novel way of beating bad times but yes it certainly must work --never thought of it this way.And who can call you crazy?
DeleteLove n hugs,
Good night too :)
Optimism and faith are the two main weapons to beat adversity. My mantra is this too shall pass. And I love what Zephyr said.
ReplyDeleteAlka your mantra is definitely a great help-thanks for reading n commenting.
DeletePositive thinking indeed is very helpful. It gives you the energy to fight life's problems.
ReplyDeleteYes rachna-thanks for coming over.
